LAND
November 2024 - Present · Film · Game engine · Independent · Commission/Exhibition
Local Area Noumenon Detritus (LAND) is an experimental film that positions simulated ecology and geology as actors in investigating divided land between India and Pakistan. The film utilizes photogrammetry, game engines and artificial intelligence as tools for simultaneous worlding and world-building. Through interweaving cybernetic philosophy, new media imagery and localized mythmaking, LAND aims to construct a new framework for examining fractured land.
